Hope you had a mega weekend!
This week I've set myself yet another challenge. All I'm hearing recently coming into the summer season is about the fad diets, why is this sort of 'quick fix' so popular?
Women are the main culprits, they complete a quick fix diet for an event, holiday, night out and then 2-3 week later wonder why there are back at there starting weight or worse!!?
THERE IS NO SHORTCUT TO ANY WHERE WORTH GOING
The simple reason is stated above..by the time they've faffed about with three or four fad diets, fluctuating between dress sizes. 2-3 months has passed by and could have potentially lost up to 14lbs healthily and for life!
Anyway back to the challenge, This 7 day quick fix is very popular and I'm going to find out why!?
