Give your New Years Resolution a Re-Boost!

Hello,

Coming out of January and into February many of your New Year's Resolutions will be either going one of 2 ways:
1. Fantastic and on course to achieve whatever goal you have set
2. Faltered due to improper planning

Planning is key to achieve any goal that you set, without this you will never fulfil your ambition!

Example -
You wake up in a morning and don't have a clue what your going to eat during the day, what will you choose to eat? - Junk food, Chocolate, Crisps, quick and easy food.

This pattern will become a habit, the habit becomes very difficult to break, your goal will never become achievable! Why? because you haven't planned - Simple.

Example 2 -
You take 20 minutes out of your weekend to plan your food for the week, even cook some mass food (tuna pasta, Curry, Potato hash) and freeze it, put your food plan up on the fridge and before you go to bed take your food out ready for the following day.

This pattern will become a habit, the habit becomes very difficult to break, you WILL achieve your goal!...Why? because you have planned using the 6 P's.

Planning
Prevents
Piss
Poor
Preformance

Give you resolution a re-boost. Re-define what it is you want to do, create a plan of action, follow it through - RESOLUTION COMPLETE! :)
