I went shopping today at Bury's outdoor market, I prefer market shopping for three reasons

1. I like to support local businesses

2. The process from out the ground to my plate is quicker and provides me with more essential vitamins

3. Apart from the obvious increased taste quality theirs less chemicals splashed all over my food - which makes Ian a happy boy

So go and buy local, support local farms and feel the difference on your plate
