Today I had burger an wedges..your thinking how can you lose weight eating that?
Turkey burgers wrapped in lettuce with cucumber and sweet potato wedges with mixed herbs sprinkled over...even my six year old daughter enjoys this meal!
Bread isn't the quick answer start wrapping your food in lettuce leaves or even better king size mushrooms as a sandwich...thinking out the box provides more variety to your diet
